Ok i've been on this diet for a little over a week and let me tell you I thought whey had its purpose but I thought red meat and chicken and such were far better sources for muscle growth due to food factors and such. However i'm now a firm believer in whey being the best protien source period!!! I get a pump at night without even working out, I know wierd but its true I feel bigger and stronger. Its like my muscles are always filled with blood more so at night when my whey intake is higher and I think I might make it my only source of protien along with milk after this ones over and compare!!! Now I know it could be the milks ability to raise IGF-1 but I was drinking just as much milk as before however my protien came mostly from Meat and Poultry!!! Now its mostly whey, milk and eggs. I feel better too like I have more energy and i'm my well being is higher!!! I feel FRESH!!!
