EQ is hit or miss some people get lots from 400mg others can take a gram a week and notice nothing, so it depends.You'll love just the test and dbol though so don't worry man remember less is more!
I would wait until week 5 or 6 to start the T3/clen so the test is kicking in and muscle loss will be at a very minimum with maybe(depending on diet) some gains. Honestly after reviewing your post if you just want to lose 10-15 lbs you could just do the clen and add a little extra cardio to your workout and you'll lose the fat with gaining some LBM since the T3 won't be ravaging you muscle mass.
Also no need for proscar unless MPB runs in your family.
