Smile Meal After Cardio - 03-03-2007

A little info first:
I do cardio 3-4 times per week on an empty stomach 40-45 min
Treadmill, Cross-Skiing, Stepper and Stationery Bike
Before it i drink Whey with Water ( 1 scoop) 24g protein
and 10 min after the cardiot i take 30g Dextrose and then a 30 min later Oats with half scoop Whey and Half Scoop Casein. What do you think about it? Can everybody say what is their favourite meal after cardio and what you usually do
