depends on your goals bro, if you plan on gaining some mass then you'll need to eat more calories than your body requires to maintain your current weight/condition, if you are planning to cut or lean up some, then lots of clean food, maybe a little less than is required, normally either 500k.cals plus or minus to bulk or cut....

diet is key to determining gains
