Understanding Nutritonal Facts and the warning signs -

What most dietiers as i call them don't relize is the true demon in food. The bad carbs and sugars. Most so called dietiers will grab anything that says fat free on the package or o trans fat or O saturated fat or the package simply says Diet soda. The sad fact of this is that these dietiers have no clue about nutrition or nutritional fact and how to read them and uderstand them. I will lay out a few basics of understanding these facts.
1st. the calorie read= a package may say it is only 100 calories but what people never look at is how many servings or in that package. Most low calorie read have a serving content. for instance it say it is only 100 calories but i has 4 servings this actually equals out to 400 calories so always remember that nutritional fact on packages are in serving size and this goes with every thing on the package.
2nd. the fat read next to the calories will always show total calories from fat. so obviously if your eating a 100 calorie packet and it has 80 calories from fat stay away. Furthermore, as read down the next couple of lines you will read a series of fat lables Saturated Fat % Trans Fat % and total Fat content % these are exteremly important to your diet and need to be kept in check.
3.rd. The cholestral count this is very important to read and you also want a very low to 0% cholestral count.
4th. the most important Carbohydrates the carb count if very important because chanes are if you are reading A high carb count on a package chances are they are the carb that you don't want and your body doesn't need. Every body need to become familiar with the differance between Bad, Regular, and Complex Carbs. Complex carbs are what will do you body good and regular carbs can help motivate your body. Now the carb you find on packages are usually the worst carbs because the food has been processed. these carbs will sky rocket your blood sugar level and pack your fat cells full of sugar and just help them grow.
5th.now the sodium count most people need to stay away from sodium because not only does it help retain water. But it also has a attribute to help skyrocket your blood pressure.
6th. sugars the big killer on these so called diet packes and diet sodas. they are loaded with sugar and if you are a dietier you need to learn the effect sugar has on the body and how sugar help fat cells flurish and keep your body from burning fatty acids for energy.
7. the protien count now obviously protien is a great attribute in any sort of food processed or not but because it says it has 21grams fo protien does not mean the product is good for you all the afore metioned need to be watched.
8. now the ingredients are the most important most of these diet or so called diet product have a series of oils you need to stay away from i will list a couple..Canola oil. Cocoa oil. tropical oil. and any other oil for that matter.
so i hope you have read this and under stood it. Real diets start with knoledge and understanding of what your body need and how it processes the food you intake. So quit being a dietier and become a dieter.
