No need for the waxy maize during workout if your taking it before and after, just throw the creatine in with the post WO shake, always try and get some protein in before bed the whey will do if you mix it with milk and add PB or some other fats to slow the absorption, up you fish oil to 3g-5g a day, other then that looks good.
