Can someone give me a good WO sample routine to gain mass without getting fat I have my diet in check and I think I have my supps in check.
Supps:Waximaize
Glutamine
Creatine Monyhydrate
Fish Oil
Protein (whey) the ON brand
Multivitamin
(thinking about taking a good multimineral, vitamin C)
What is your take on my supps any I need to take off the list or any I need to add on?
What should my WO look like I have access to the gym mon-fri
(exc./sets/reps/temp - rest time)
All help would be appreciated thanks a ton
