Ok Recently I bumped up my cals...
730- cup oatmeal....3 egg whites/ one whole egg. ( on rushed days one bagel egg and bacon sammich)
930 BCAA's, banana, 2 tablespoons natty peanut butter
1130 2 scoops Xyience and an apple
130ish 2 scoops muscle milk
230 chick breast and rice ( cup) or chinese restaraunt chicken with mixed veges
500 lean protein / rice or pasta
800 2 tblspoons natty peanut butter and an apple or orange
1000 2 scoops muscle milk....
