Save the creatine for off cycle.
There is no doubt creatine will give you water retention but it can be beneficial since it helps prevent injury and joint lubrication. As for bloating, its just how your body reacts to it... If you have tried every creatine brand out there and you still get bloated doesn't that tell you that its your body not the creatine? I tried two brands, and one gave me diarrhea the first time i took it, then i would get constipated. Like i said its all on your body.

With research, it's been said the gains you receive with anavar ON cycle coupled with creatine is greater and the gains stay and minus the creatine bloat... Research is paramount...
Having used creatine on and off for 7 years, although the slight 'sides' the benefits i reap are well worth feeling a little bloated with the bonus of eating less garbage, the point i'm trying to get across is from personal experience you are going to end up getting very similar results across the board on brands... your body can only use so much of the creatine you in-take, you could take all these funky new compounds of creatine but at the end of the day your intake wont change, efficiency possibly, but like i've said from personal experience it really doesn't make any noticeable difference. By week 2 you're at the same point with any brand, that's why some offer loading phases and some don't a) to get your body ready for it and b) to ensure you have optimal intake of creatine. In my opinion spending 8.00 gbp on 1kg micronised creatine is better than buying some brand with shitloads of additives & even sugar (don't buy the flavoured brands!) and for the possibility of 'better' intake, it just seems a con to me... mix your drink with your favourite squash and take the loading phase like a man
