My 1st Cycle starting 1-7-07 - 01-08-2008

Started today with 250 mg of Test E-250 on the buttocks (self injected). This will be a 10 week cycle. I will kick in the Winny on week 7.

Have been taking Milk Thistle for the past 3 weeks at aobut 900 mgs a day along with 2000 mgs of Vit C, B-Complex, a multi vit, and Amino Fuel 2000 (horse pill type).

Ate a heavy lunch with lean pork meat, rice, black bean soup, and fried plantains.
Had a protein meal replacement at around 1700 hrs. and a Protein Bar right after the workout.
Large salad for dinner.
Drank around 64 oz of water throughout the day.
About 4 shots of cuban espresso after lunch (this is my weakness).

Worked out today. Did Chest, Shoulders, and arms. Also did abs and 25 minutes of HIIT Cardio.
Weight was 194 lbs. and BF around 14%

DB bench press 105x10 110x8 115x6 120x5 (strict form)
DB Flyes 75x10 80x10 80x7 80x8
DB Side Laterals 40x8 40x8 40x8
Lying Tri Ext with EZ bar Drop set (110x10 80x10 60x10) and (110x8 80x5 60x3)
Alt DB Curl drop set (40x8 35x8 30x8) and (35x8 30x8 25x3)

Kept rest in between sets to about 75 seconds or less
AB Routine was 15 reps of Swiss Ball leg raises, 2 seconds down and hold for 2 seconds then up. Without stop 15 reps of Swiss Ball Crunches. 2 seconds up, hold for 2 seconds and down. The worked the obliques the same way. ALways a 2 second pause does the trick.
