I dont want to disagree with you guys on this, but I have to. On cycle I always use creatine and glutamine. I use it a bit unconventional but feel it is imperative to my cycles.
I use creatine and glutamine first thing in the morning with my MRP shake. I also use directly after workout with my PWO shake. You wont feel the effects of either the creatine or the glutamine because the effects of the gear will over power the supps, however bothe the creatine and the glutamine are doing there job and will aid in better pumps and recovery.
Try it out on cycle and compare to not using them.
