I have tried pure Creatine Monohydrate from higher power but I didn't really notice much. My friend has recommended but im stuck between that one and Cellmass .

The only reason that would sway me to get cellmass is that it isn't creatine monohydrate like celltech but celltech seems to have more then one type of creatine from what i see Anyhelp?
