Just a thought bro....have ya been sick lately, reason i am asking is because sometimes you can cough or sneeze and crack a rib, i have done it, and it sounds like the same kinda pain you have is what i have felt from a cracked rib, had a trauma to that area? maybe bumped it hard enough to crack something? just wondering...........
