definately need more research bro, IMO your not ready for slin yet, after your inject of slin you do not want to have a normal meal. your meal should consist of no fat, very high protien, and high carbs, 1hr after, you need to eat again, low fat high protien, medium carbs, no sleep 5 hrs after injection later in the day you can eat a normal meal (normal meal should still be low in fat), one slip of your diet can be fatal or you'll turn FAT
