I think i had my expectations a little too high! Starting Winnie & Clen as soon as it turns up, i think this will probably end up a little more beneficial than the t3 was if i stick to this low carb diet.
Nothing wrong with the T3 or Clen, it was more my expectations and kidding myself a little! By march i should be super lean

clen / t3 is definitely over rated, i like ECA lot better
