my training routine consists of monday arms, tuesday lifting with legs, wensday chest, thursday cardio, friday back and shoulders, saturday and sunday resting......

my diet well could be better, i eat alot of chicken and rice.. but sometimes during the week i stray and have some fast food, lots of water, and sandwiches. i have snacks thougout the day, some chips or popcorn, stuff like that.. i know the eating needs to be tunned so any help on this is appreciate or my workout routine also... remember i am on andriol, about 160 mg a day. thanks!!
